Matthew Brasher founded Treecycle Pros from third-generation urban forest roots to restore wooded lots the right way. Our mission is to perform honest work delivered by a professional and courteous Treecycle Pros crew.

Treecycle Pros is built on a third-generation respect for the urban forest. Matthew works with landowners to protect good trees, restore woodland, and make thoughtful room for people and trails.

Our Logo’s Message
The forked tree used in the creation of our logo was influenced by our Native American heritage handed down to us. It speaks to two paths becoming one balanced decision.
Should we waste what we cut from our urban forest in a landfill?

Should we recycle what we cut and manage?
Should we over cut in the name of progress?
Or
Should we only take what we need?
The forked tree strikes at the idea of two paths for urban forest debris becoming one balanced decision.
When we waste what we cut, we take resources the forest has to offer for granted.
However, when we only choose to harvest and process, we are on a path of greed to take more than we need.
We believe both actions are necessary to achieve balance. We must recycle what needs to be cut from our urban forests while at the same time only taking what we need and leaving the rest for the earth.
